    Many outplacement organisations rely on traditional face to face workshops. While we often deliver training in this way, other methods are required to make the outplacement process less burdensome for management and more streamlined, enjoyable and rewarding for the candidate. Among other things, it is our high-touch coaching coupled with self-paced online learning that sets us apart from other outplacement services.

    Pricing can vary depending on the solutions required and the number of staff being looked after. Our prices are fair and competitive, but we over-deliver on value. We’re comfortable talking about money and more than happy to give ball part figures once we discuss your needs in some detail. Your time is important to us.
